“Never underestimate the entrepreneurship endeavors of a woman.” This was the underlying creative energy that inspired two moms who had dropped off their pre-schoolers at Saint Jeanne school and who in the school parking lot decided to start the Temecula Olive Oil Company. Twenty years later it is a nation-wide thriving business.
On October 17th, the Olive Oil Company celebrated its anniversary at the 1000 olive tree grove, featuring renowned chefs from Southern California, tasting stations, live music and student agricultural projects. Tribute was paid to Saint Jeanne de Lestonnac school as the “inspirational location” and its process of growth as it continues to grow and expand into the high school years. High School students helped throughout the day in a variety of ways. Just like the expansive growth of the olive grove, these students gave tangible witness to the growth of the school. It was a familial gathering of many alumni parents and students, as well.
